4. PRICING

4.1 All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, NZD).

4.2 Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. For international orders, import duties, customs charges and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

4.4 In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. ORDERING

5.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. We will provide a full refund in such cases.

5.3 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@velureparis.com if you need to make changes.

6. PAYMENT

6.1 We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna/Afterpay where available.

6.2 Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers.

6.3 We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6.4 For Buy Now Pay Later (Klarna/Afterpay), separate terms and conditions of those providers apply.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

7.2 Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7.3 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

7.4 Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days.

7.5 For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's authorities.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Sale items are final sale unless defective
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

EU consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order under the Consumer Rights Directive, without giving a reason.
