1. ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
• Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase
• A shipping notification with tracking number is sent once your order is dispatched
Note: During peak periods (sale events, new collection launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• All orders include a tracking number sent via email once dispatched
• You can track your order at the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch
• If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us

• Local last-mile delivery partners
The carrier used for your order depends on your destination and selected shipping method.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

5.1 For orders within the UK and EU, prices include VAT where applicable. No additional duties apply.
5.2 For orders shipped to the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and other international destinations:
• Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees
• These charges are determined by your country's customs authority
• They are the sole responsibility of the customer
• We are unable to predict or control these charges
5.3 If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, it will be returned to us. We will refund the product cost only — original and return shipping charges are non-refundable in this case.
5.4 USA — De Minimis Threshold: Packages valued under $800 USD generally enter the USA duty-free under the de minimis threshold. We declare accurate values on all customs forms.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Package not received — marked as delivered:
• Check with neighbours and building reception
• Contact your local postal/delivery depot
• Email us at support@velureparis.com within 7 days of the delivery date
Package delayed:
• Minor delays are common with international shipping. Please allow 5 additional business days before contacting us.
• If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe + 7 days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Package lost in transit:
• If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund.
• We will open a carrier investigation, which typically takes 5–10 business days.
Package damaged in transit:
• If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

7.1 Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Velurè Paris is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7.2 If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@velureparis.com. We can only modify the address before the order is dispatched.
7.3 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur an additional shipping charge.

• Free shipping applies to standard delivery only — express is always charged separately
